I have worked in mental health care and facilitated groups such as grief and loss, self-harm, co-dependency, addiction, depression, anxiety, behavioral and parenting with children, adolescents, adults, first responders, and veterans. I provided therapy services in individual, couples, group and family settings at non-profit organizations, juvenile justice facilities, and in the private sector. I trained juvenile justice professionals, officers, and community members on the intersection between mental health and the justice system to define mental health and identify mental health needs.
I am committed to building a healthier and more resilient law enforcement community. I'm proficient in first responder and veteran support and understand the support should be as robust as the challenges they face. My approach to psychotherapy includes evidenced-based intervention and essential techniques to provide effective support to dedicated officers and veterans.
